SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

We intend to offer you the best and convenient shipping options, no matter where you reside and we will be delivering the products through third-party logistical service providers. We have tie-ups with a third-party logistical service provider who shall undertake to provide us with the shipment and delivery services for the order placed through our Website.

Shipment time shall refer to the time at which your order in part or whole shall leave our warehouse and shall be handed over to the third-party logistical service provider for delivery to you.

Delivery time” shall refer to the time taken by the third-party logistical service provider to deliver your order to you in either whole or part.

  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for products to be shipped from our warehouse to the third-party logistic service provider. The shipping usually takes about 1-3 days in case of ready to ship products from the time you make final payment for the product.

  • Once the product is shipped and handed over to the logistical service provider, it may take 2 to 7 business days for the product to be delivered at your location.

  • The Delivery time shall vary anywhere between 2-7 business days that shall be determined on multiple external factors and also on the terms and conditions put forth by the Logistical service provider which includes but is not limited to the place of delivery. The approximate delivery time shall be informed by you.

  • In case of custom-made products, (customization of which needs to be communicated at the time of placing the order) the shipping time may vary from designer to designer and shall be shipped within 1 day from the date at which we receive the product from the designer which may take anywhere between 1-8 weeks depending upon the timeline given by the designer.

  • Delivery days – Monday to Friday only.

  • The delivery agent assigned by the logistical service provider may contact the customer on call, email or SMS before arrival.

  • The delivery is free inside India but shall be chargeable internationally and the same shall be reflected by all the products on the Website. You shall check the delivery charges before placing any order. The delivery charges depend upon the size, weight of the product and the destination.

  • The Website shall display an estimated delivery time on the order summary page with a tracking link. The delivery shall be assumed to be completed when the tracking link provided by the logistics provider shows complete.

  • Once the product is out for shipment, the logistics service provider will take care of the shipping. We shall ensure that the product reaches you within the time frame provided on the Platform, but in extreme cases out of our control there might arise situations where are not able to deliver the product within the timeline promised. In such situations You shall contact the logistics service provider who shall be responsible for the delivery of your product, in the meantime we shall work diligently to ensure that the product reaches you as soon as possible from our end.

  • You will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time upon placing the order.

  • The service provider may take longer to deliver due to inter alia: bad weather flight delays, political disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event any delay in delivery is expected, we may, at our sole discretion, intimate you who may have purchased the same, regarding such delay.

  • We will not be held responsible and will bear no liability in case of failure or delay of delivering including any damage or loss caused due to such delay. Where there is a likelihood of delay in delivery, you may be notified of the same from time to time. However, no refunds may be claimed by you for any delay in delivery, which was caused due to reasons beyond our control.

  • If you purchase multiple products in one transaction, we may undertake to deliver the same together. However, this may not always be possible and shall be subject to the availability of stock.

  • INCOMPLETE SHIPPING - We will not be held responsible and will bear no liability in case of failure or delay of delivering if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

  • If you are not home, the order will be taken back and marked as not delivered. You can then obtain directions on how to procure your order.

  • If you wish to get delivery to different addresses, then you shall be required to purchase the products under separate transactions and provide separate delivery addresses for each transaction, as may be required. You agree that the delivery can be made to the person who is present at the shipping address provided by you.

  • We will not be liable to compensate for any mental agony caused due to a delay in delivery.

CASH ON DELIVERY

  • We do not have an option of Cash on Delivery (COD). Please check the website for further details.

DAMAGE/DEFECT/WRONG SUPPLY OF PRODUCTS
Customer is advised to check the ordered products and quantity in the invoice, before accepting the package from the logistics service provider/courier. In case of any discrepancy found, or damage to packet is noticed, please leave a suitable remark on receipt to logistics service provider/courier for accepting the delivery of the products. In case the product is with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact/email at “sales@eleganzaa.in” within 24 Hours of receiving the products along with the photo/video of the defects/damage or complaints of the delivered product.
