REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our User, concerning any purchase you make through us. The policy concerning the returns and refund requests, shall be following the clauses as set forth:

1. RETURN REQUESTS
Upon your purchase of the products through the Company’s Platform, you do not have the right to place a return/replacement request on the Platform under any circumstances whatsoever, as all the products that we ship undergo very strict quality check before they are packed. We highly suggest that the customer check the size charts properly before placing the order as exchange for a different size of the product ordered will also be available only on special request from the customers on a case-to-case basis and is not guaranteed by us. The Users can place exchange requests by emailing to sales@eleganzaa.in within 24 Hours of receiving the products along with the photo/video of the defects/damage or requests/complaints of the delivered product. In case of exchanges for a different size or design, the product is only subject to availability and shipping time varies from designer to designer based on the timeline to make the product if not available to be shipped readily.

In the case of exchanges our third-party logistics partners would pick up the product within 2-3 days and the product to be exchanged shall be subject to a damage check by the quality team of the Company. Only upon satisfaction of the Company’s customer care that the product is not damaged, your replacement request shall be approved.

In the above-mentioned case, the Company upon satisfaction after receiving the pictures or videos from the User, shall process the exchange through our third-party logistics company to the User.

2. CANCELLATION
Upon your purchase of the products through the Company’s Platform, you do not have the right to place a cancel request on the Platform under any circumstances whatsoever as we do not entertain returns/cancellations of any kind whatsoever.
